How Do I Start Jogging If I Never Ran Before Besides Just Start Running?
I know jogging is good for you I just want to start and not hurt myself or anything any suggestions?

Running is fantastic exercise and a great stress reliever for many of us, but if you haven’t run before the real key to getting started is a gradual program of escalating exercise. There are many many schedules on the web and in books. Of course, you can just increase gradually, but if you’re a beginner, it may be easier to follow an external guide. I’ve posted the Cool Running Couch to 5K program below.
Try jogging first. You need to take it one step at a time. When you build up your strength, then you can take it to the next level and start running.
start slow- just a few miles then build up. If you have a high school track near you..do what I’ve done jog the straight parts and walk the curve parts (since the track is a oval) then gradually work up to jogging the whole thing. Keep hydrated!
