How Long Before You See Results From Jogging?

I looked at my calender and I guess I’ve only been at it for two weeks. But I am now jogging (not walking or stopping) three miles, 5 days a week.
The holidays have put my waistline at 28-29 inches and I want to get back down to a 26.
I avoid soft drinks, and try to stay away from as many sweets as possible.

    It takes a while to see results. Men and women have different body systems (obviously) so if it only takes a guy 2 days, it could take a woman 1 month.
    Which leads me to safely say about 1 month for somewhat significant results. Its safe to lose 1-5 (depending on your original weight) pounds a week. It sounds like you’re already skinny, so it may take longer to see results.

    You might want to adjust your diet more and increase your activity level. But I think you are doing fine.

    for me, one or two days.
    but probably a week or so if your doing it right
    gotto make sure your sweating when you do it
