Bringing Jogging and Running Information to the Universe
Brilliant! I took the Monday off work and tried to walk to? town and the woman walking gingerly down hill reminded me so much of my struggle to get there and back – 45 minutes for what is usually a 10 minute stroll! Every so often one of my legs would give way!!
